Providing compassionate psychotherapy in Kitchener Waterloo.
My priority is to provide a safe space where my clients can feel comfortable sharing their most difficult feelings. I understand that reaching out for help can be intimidating and I respect the strength and courage it takes to make that first step. Through a non-judgmental, compassionate therapy approach, I seek to understand my clients deeply – their past, their personality, and their current situation. As we gain an in-depth understanding of our past and the patterns that repeat themselves throughout our lives, we can often move into the future with deeper insight and clearer intention. I use evidence-based counselling techniques that involve the mind, body and emotions to help my clients cope with difficult feelings and challenging situations.
